2 flour tortillas
1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Left over steak or 1/4 lb of Fajita meat
1/2 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Scramble eggs. Cook and slice steak. Place tortilla shell on cookie sheet. Cover shell with eggs, cheese and steak. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Place 2nd tortilla on top. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, and cut into 8 pieces.
